New template challenge at MLAS

Does it ever occure to you that time flies by even faster the older one gets??
I think it was only yesterday that I posted this years first challenge... can someone please turn of fast forward, and put on slow motion please?! I need to get done with a lot of things, boring stuff like this half year plannig...
anyway - I have a new challenge ready for you, and here's what the template looks like:

You can find the download and the challenge here at MLAS. The .zip file contains a PSD and a TIFF template, and .png files. Hope you can use it! Have fun :o)
